Cancellation Policy (private sessions only)
If you cancel your private session more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no penalty. However, if you are unable to contact us within this time frame, you will be charged one half the amount of the appointment fee. Subsequent cancellations, with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full price of the appointment.
